The Bureau of Foreign Trade (BOFT) together with the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), held the Taiwan-Africa Market Networking on October 21, 2022. More than 110 participants, including Africa representatives and entrepreneurs from Taiwan attended.
The BOFT stated that the objectives of the event were to promote experience sharing among Taiwan businessmen, while strengthening cooperation between Taiwan and Africa on trade and industrial chains. Minister Manqoba Khumalo of Eswatini’s Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Trade delivered a speech that affirmed the achievements of bilateral economic and trade cooperation.
